3. Custom Designs and Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or provide artwork, images, logos, text, or other content for a custom order ("Customer Content"), you confirm that:

• You own the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

• Your Customer Content does not infringe or violate another person's or company's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

• Your Customer Content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material.

You grant MotoPrint permission to use your Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to produce, process, fulfill, and deliver your order.

MotoPrint may refuse to print or reproduce content that we reasonably believe violates intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All original MotoPrint designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, website content, product concepts, and other materials created by MotoPrint remain the property of MotoPrint or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or commercially exploit MotoPrint's original content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, and other intellectual property displayed on products or the website remain the property of their respective owners. MotoPrint does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property unless expressly stated.

5. Product Information and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and other information accurately. However, colors and visual details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, printing process, materials, and other factors.

Minor variations between a product displayed on the website and the physical product received do not necessarily constitute a defect.

6. Custom-Printed Products

Because custom-printed products are made according to customer specifications, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information and artwork they provide before submitting a custom order. MotoPrint is not responsible for errors in customer-provided text, spelling, images, dimensions, or artwork that were submitted incorrectly by the customer.

If MotoPrint makes an error in producing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping and Delivery

MotoPrint will provide available shipping information during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production delays, shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

MotoPrint is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
